with a view of the river. Elegant and luxurious, yet welcoming and airy. That's the apartment in the modern River residence on the outskirts of Zvolen. We built a strong relationship with the client already during the property purchase. The solid oak treated with natural wax adds a warm and natural element to the space, balancing the hardness and coolness of the concrete floor. Functional parts of the interior, such as kitchen and storage areas, are filled with deep matte black color. This choice adds an elegant and sophisticated look and enhances the modern and minimalist style of the entire composition. We also incorporated black steel elements and fittings into the interior for an industrial and robust character.<\/p>\n
